Platinum Package: One on One Coaching
This is the best value for athletes looking for a “one on one” comprehensive connection with a coach and customized planning and analysis of developing fitness. Your Platinum program includes:
- A customized bi-weekly training program created on Trainingpeaks.com.
- One “coach initiated” phone call per week to discuss all your training, racing and fitness questions.
- Unlimited communication via e-mail.
- One - 1 hr private session each month. See additional services below.
- 10% discount on all other additional services.
Your Platinum Program is designed to allow you to achieve your goals while maintaining balance in your day to day life. I perform a full assessment of current athletic and health capabilities by reviewing a detailed Athlete Questionnaire and conducting a one on one interview with you in person or by phone. Together, we will discuss your athletic goals, available training time, dedication and capabilities as well as your health history and current training equipment.
A minimum 3 month pre-paid commitment (at $295 per month) is required to kick start your Platinum Program. After the initial 3 months period, the athlete will have the option to change their coaching program, continue with month to month billing or can cancel.
Gold Package: One on One Coaching
This program is and has historically been the most popular among the athletes I’ve coached. It offers all the personalized attention found in the Platinum package without the benefits of additional services. Without compromise, this athlete also receives a customized training program and analysis of developing fitness. Your Gold program includes:
- A customized training program created 4 week in advance on Trainingpeaks.com.
- One “coach initiated” phone call per week to discuss all your training, racing and fitness questions.
- Unlimited communication via e-mail.
Your Gold Program is designed to allow you to achieve your goals while maintaining balance in your day to day life. I perform a full assessment of current athletic and health capabilities by reviewing a detailed Athlete Questionnaire and conducting a one on one interview with you in person or by phone. Together, we will discuss your athletic goals, available training time, dedication and capabilities as well as your health history and current training equipment.

Silver Package: One on One Coaching
This program is tailored for the seasoned or self reliant athlete who doesn’t desire all the personalized attention offered in Platinum or Silver Packages. Without compromise, this athlete also receives a customized training program and analysis of developing fitness. Your Silver program includes:
- A customized training program created 4 week in advance on Trainingpeaks.com.
- Two “coach imitated” phone calls per month to discuss your training, racing and fitness questions.
I perform a full assessment of current athletic and health capabilities by reviewing a detailed Athlete Questionnaire and conducting a one on one interview with you in person or by phone. Together, we will discuss your athletic goals, available training time, dedication and capabilities as well as your health history and current training equipment.
A minimum 3 month pre-paid commitment (at $190 per month) is required to kick start your Silver Program. After the initial 3 months period, the athlete will have the option to change their coaching program, continue with month to month billing or can cancel.
Additional Services: Private Sessions
The following are additional Triathlon, Cycling, Running, Swimming and fitness services. Choose these services to enhance your quality of life, augment your current training program or to improve a limiter. The details of each private session will be determined at the time of purchase and will be based on the athlete’s needs.
- Customized bike fit – Private Session $75 per hour (typically 2hrs long)
- Bike Power Testing with Computrainer* $75.00 per 1 hour session
- Bike Ventilatory Threshold (VT) Testing** $75.00 per 1 hour session
- Strength Training: One on One session $75.00 per 1 hour session
- Swim Lesson: One on One session $60.00 per 45 minute session
- Bike or Run: One on One private session $75.00 per hour
- Swim, bike and or run analysis $75.00 per 1 hour session
* Testing is performed at my location.
** Test is performed to help estimate your current Bike Lactate Threshold Heart Rate (LTHR). Knowing your Bike (LTHR) is the key to determining essential bike heart rate training zones. Testing is performed at my location. |
